    Like today im doing seated shoulder presses with db's and i warm up first going past parallel and it hurt but my second set of warm ups was better ( light weight for warm ups, 35lbs each db) I then go for my main lifts and its 65lbs to start, i couldnt get them past parallel the pain was to much so i continued at about parallel.
    But even on chest day i start with flat bench presses bb and my warm up sets hurt but by the time i get to my main lifts the pain seems to go...

    I always get this with heavy flat bb press. Guess what ? I stopped doing them. I spent years trying different things and when it comes to it, some movements just arent for you. Some people can squat (just not natural). Its the same deal.

    I noticed that when doing heavy DB presses as long as im staying parallel im good. If i feel a pinch - the next rep i make sure not to go as far and continue. I have had rotator cuff issues in the past.
    The one thing that def is dangerous (mainly with shoulder injury) is getting the DB's up for the first rep. I threw up a 65 one day but used to much might, it started to go behind me which i tried to "catch it" and bring it forward = i was out for the week.

    Ive not always had this pain and i guess if im adding weight that i know i wouldnt be lifting if i wasnt on roids then that could be a factor. It just seems to be getting worse every week but i shall take your advice and see how i go..
