ok ok. the cardio can definitely be done like that. it really depends on your goals and the timing of your meals. is this low-intensity cardio? as far as your training split i don't like the tris the day after chest and aren't too fond of delts after back but not as pertinent as the former.
why not one on lifting days and two on non lifting days???
and if you do it on training days do first thing in morning and pwo before your drink
and non training days first thing in morning and two hours after a meal
split could be better. you got triceps after a chest day then shoulders after back in which you use your rear delt twice in a row.
try
Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: off
Day 4: delts
Day 5: legs
Day 6: arms
Day 7: off
much smarter once a week split

I try to avoid oats as much as i can cos to drink them i have to use whey which i hate.
and i DONT have to access to yams, sweet potatoes or ezekiel bread.

you can try whole wheat pasta, black, pinto and kidney beans, amaranth, quinoa, grits. barley.
i don't know what those are. In google either it appears the pic of a sweet potato or of something i have no clue what it is a purple potato.
you gotta understand spain is very basic in carbs; regular bread, pasta, rice and regular potatos is all you'll find. If you have shitloads of money (which i don't) you can go to those fancy gourmet shops and pay a lot for 3 or 4 purple potatoes and imported stuff like that.
