well i know nothing of female working out and the whole process of doing it right i guess you could say
i'd probably get a girl fat or something if i did their diet
they'd get good workouts though!!!
Under 1,000 isn't too bad, but if i eat more than 1500calories I start gaining. I don't know what is going on with my body. I burn more than i eat at the gym
it's called starvation state and it's not good, basically you are lowering your body's metabolic equilibrium(metabolism) by putting it in starvation mode, thus is holds on to fat and will use muscle for calories(because muscle's take calories to maintain) and thus you will gain fat while losing muscle

I guess calculate your LBM and figure out the proper diet you need like I do, I know your smart you know what to eat and not to eat, I mean you hang around us all the time, you know what the dealy is yo!!
Maybe set your cals 100-200 above you maintance to gain some muscle and lose fat at the same time.
