Hey all, I have a quick question. I am looking to bulk up quite a bit, I am 6'0'' and 170lbs of skin and bones... lol I have some visible muscle but I'm way too lean and I can not put on any weight. I wanted to try and get some more information on how to do this effectively. I work out regularly and I know I can be better. I want to be better.
I am not opposed to non-conventional methods such as HGH, or other types of growth hormone. Thus I ended up here doing some research, and it made me wonder if HGH alone would help with putting on mass. Or would I have to get something in addition to or in lieu of HGH.
