there was some dude at the gym the other night...i went up and asked how much longer he had and when he looked at me and answered me i noticed his front teeth were all jacked and black and falling apart...he was maybe in his late twenties like me...i was like damn son!!!

I wish I felt good though, I hate missing 2 days from the gym, but if you tell your body to **** off when it's tired and push yourself, well it usually says **** off right back. in my experience atleast. I'd rather take 2 days off and rest than push it and get sick for a week.

I really just need some advice to start with.
About 14 months ago I went on a low-calorie, low-fat diet and lost fat, but my testosterone production basically stopped. I got bloodwork of 21ng/dl and since then have slowly gained weight (about 20 lbs total). But, my testosterone levels are still low (80ng/dl). So, I'm thinking my diet permanently shut me down and now I need something extra help to get normal/high levels of testosterone again.
What would you recommend doing/taking?
