You should begin the UV exposure when your done with the loading phase (usually around 30mg). Yes, continue until you have the look you want..Btw wouldn't take more than 1mg a day..

I haven't used 30mg since I started 6 months ago. 30mg is a little over kill for the loading phaze. Start UV exposure after the first week. Just 5min every 3 days for the first couple weeks is enough to oxidize some of the new pigment. Then you can cut back UV exposure even more. I've only went tanning like 5 times all winter to maintain tan along with a tiny bit of MT2. Of course I'm not as pasty white as you maybe so you might need a bit more.

I found (for me anyway) if you go for heavy doses of the MT2 all at once you get more dark spots then if you get tan slower. Take pics or you'll never know how tan you really are.

I thought I was still pretty white until people at work started making comments.

According to the Melanotan forum you shouldn't start after the first week, because then you're more likely to get those dark spots..

    Yeah, that's fine
I got dark spots with no UV exposure
For me the key has been to use as little as possible.
