Hey T,
I have definitely checked out the diet section, several times in fact. I'm most interested in putting on the weight to bulk up and get bigger. I've got a long way to go but I'm most certainly committed to my goal!
Seems to me that the diet section primarily says, "Use these suggestions as a baseline - but trial and error will tell you what's best for you" - did I read that write or completely misinterpret the message?
