I am taking 1c 100mg prop eod and dieting with 45-50 min cardio daily. My diet is one of 200 g protein and less than 100 g carbs daily. I was under the impression that by diet and cardio I would put on leaner gains. I just started my 4th week today and am very excited about my results except for the water retention. Very puffy. Could I be doing something wrong??? I was going to start win 1c eod next week and mix them 2gether. Would that work or should I stop the prop altogether? Thx!
