Animal M-stack and post cycle affects

    hey guys

just wondering if anyone has used animal m-stack post cycle but not as a pct.
I have been using it as soon as i got off cycle with animal pump, tribulus and the only pct drug i am using is nolva.
i have noticed that in the first two weeks post cycle i dropped 2 kilos and have now gained 4 kilos so im up two kilos from the end of my cycle.
Can anyone explain this too me, could this be attributed to the animal m-stack and tribulus etc and has anyone experienced this.

my cycle was test e for 12 weeks at 500mgs per week
    thanks for the help

Dude...wtf are you talking about? The Universal Animal line is vitamins, not AS. You don't need PCT for vitamins.

You read it wrong, he is using Animal M-Stak, pump, tribulus, and Nolva as his pct for his cycle he ran (12 weeks of test-e).

It's probably because you have not reached near your normal/maximum natural growth so you have more room to grow without the use of aas.

I don't recall tribulus as being even a useful supplement for much of anything. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

    you are correct

The effects of Tribulus terrestris on body composition and exercise performance in resistance-trained males.

    Antonio J, Uelmen J, Rodriguez R, Earnest C.

Human Performance Laboratory, University of Nebraska, Kearney, NE 68849-3101, USA.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the herbal preparation Tribulus terrestris (tribulus) on body composition and exercise performance in resistance-trained males. Fifteen subjects were randomly assigned to a placebo or tribulus (3.21 mg per kg body weight daily) group. Body weight, body composition, maximal strength, dietary intake, and mood states were determined before and after an 8-week exercise (periodized resistance training) and supplementation period. There were no changes in body weight, percentage fat, total body water, dietary intake, or mood states in either group. Muscle endurance (determined by the maximal number of repetitions at 100-200% of body weight) increased for the bench and leg press exercises in the placebo group (p <.05; bench press +/-28.4%, leg press +/-28.6%), while the tribulus group experienced an increase in leg press strength only (bench press +/-3.1%, not significant; leg press +/-28.6%, p <.05). Supplementation with tribulus does not enhance body composition or exercise performance in resistance-trained males.

    yeah
    i understand this.
    how about animal m-stack.
i have noticed a change in my body but i put that down to the water retention alleviating but ive been trying to understand why ive put on 4 kilos of muscle and my bench press has increased from 265 pounds to 300 pounds, is this due to the m-stack and pump or is this attributed to other reasons?

Oh your friends gained a few kilos...that changes everything. Must have been the tribulus...

In regards to the m-stak, none of the ingredients stuck out inside of it. I'd say skip it.
