advice on 3rd cycle

i've only ran 1 pct, and that was after my 2nd cycle. i do not have solid sources for quality gear and have been left out to dry a couple times.
I've got nolva and hcg right now and am nearing the end of my pct.
looking to start a 3rd cycle in 4-6 weeks time,

general rule of thumb is time on + pct = time off so u should wait longer than 4-6 weeks for your next cycle
