Thread: Separating carbs/fats

    I used to separate them when bulking, but saw no significant difference in fat gain between taking them together or separating them. So now when bulking I have pro/fat/carbs in every meal.

    For cutting I have ran Keto for the last few years so its really not an issue. However my bulking diet is pretty much the same diet as my keto diet, I just add carbs to each meal.
