    Expert advice required

    Hi Lads,

Need your advice about a cover model competition. I'm going for a 2009 Mens health cover and have been looking at last years finalists. Maybe some of you with competition experience could tell me what bodyfat % you would say these guys are at. And could you tell what some of these guys were on to cut for their shoot. None of them seem that vascular so it doesnt look like they used winny or var. Maybe some of you might have some advice on prep for a competition like this.

    Thanks a million

who knows what those guys were "on"?

    they prob like 8-10%bf.

thing is, they are not real big guys.

advice? well you heard both of them say nutrition is most important...what's your diet like?

My diet is good, I'm actually a nutritionist so have a good handle on the food. Right now I'm on a mass diet with very clean calories. If i want a burger ill eat it though. I weigh 198lbs, at 13%. I can drop my BF quite quickly but I really would like to do it right this time.

I have low dose test e, winny and T3 lined up for my cutter.
    test 250mg / week
    Winny 50mg ed
T3 50mg / day (no pyramid or anything)

The second guy looks very lean to me, he has good cuts on his arms. I thought he might be like 5% or something. But he doesnt look too vascular (it doesnt go with the cover model look)

Can anyone advise on preparation for the last few weeks without being too vascular?

Also, how does the cycle look? Ok for this sort of thing???

Many thanks lads, really appreciate the help
