^^^^ relax pal, i drink once a month if that #1, which is absolutely fine, it was my roomies bday, i had 5 beers......i dont need to justify myself, and #2 I looked for the damn lounge to post this and couldnt find it.....

Jamy, i appreciate the concern brother, i actually use a sharpy to mark my glute for injection site and re-mark it every week, for no confusion, in past cycles i have gone too low, so ive stuck to this regimine......
and for the record it isnt the exact spot i mark, its a circle around the site.....it also makes it easier for when my girl does it for me.....haha, shes awesome!
