Ok, this week pretty much sucks it, Its my scheduled week off from the gym, keeping my diet which means I'll probably still be down about 1/2 a pound...my macros are currently as follows:
Non-Workout Day:
P: 325
C: 100
F: 100
Workout Day:
P: 350
C: 250
F: 100
This will stay pretty much the same until two weeks after I start morning cardio, and ad a fat burner then I will re evaluate my progress and drop some calories...
