Whats up guys.
I have been on the forum for a short couple months now and figured it was time to introduce myself on this board. I finish up a Ph on Tuesday and have decided it is time to research something new. Anyway, just looking to make sure I get it right. I appreciate the help in advance.

176 lbs (start weight 155lbs)
10.4 b/f per machine in gym. (personally believe it's closer to 12-13)
Diet is stronger than ever. But, still a work in progress.
