sust as a kick start? and 20lbs in a month ,i would say a good 85% of that would of been warter and fat ,its imposable too gain that much lean mass in 4 weeks ,now i have used dbol/drol and prop to kick start cycles and found that drol was the one i liked the most ,evveryone is diff its just a matter of trying diff things and decide what you like most.
