    Since you mentioned you have been reading posts already I'm sure you know people will advise you not to use steroids until you get back to a good solid form at the bare minimum.

    Good luck, but I think youre making a bad choice by starting. Give yourself some time and get back into the gym...put the work in.

    yea there is, at the top of the first post there will be a little bar that says thread tools, click on it and a drop down menu will come up and click subscribe and then it gives you the options.
