    they have no liability in saying you don't need more protein for an athlete because 0.8 is what they found to be safe and healthy. It's up to athletic trainers and universties to advocate more if it's benificial, and it is only to a point.

    I provided you with studies and sources that it could hurt you to go that high and there is no benifit about 2.62grams per kilo. Why do something that is proven to hurt you with no added benifit? Do what you want with the info.

    i just don't think that that all is necessarily true and 100% accurate....not enough research to make a positive conclusion....but i'm not usually up this high....cutting you almost have to do this.....as you cut carbs you still need the cals so you add a lil more protein

    20-30 grams protein per meal is more than enough. If your a hardcore juicehead junkie you may consider 35-40g.

    I probably eat a fair amount more protein than I need, but I'm not deluding myself that I'm reaping some amazing benefit from it.
