Thanx. Havent started cycle yet. But I did read that any pain you have prior to cycle can increase once the cycle is done. the deca just masks the pain

You should research MSM.... I am recovering from shoulder surgery and it seems to be working wonders for me.... I am taking an inexpensive supplement that contains glucosamine as well!

From what I have read and what my doctor has told me, it is pretty harmless on your body and does wonders for joint pain!

Glucosamine AND chondroitin....there are many supplements that contain both.. thats what you need if you are looking for a supplement to help with your joints

Do y'all know how long it takes for it to kick in? My elbow is still on fire right now.

Dude, this thread has only been open a little over a week. Anything like this takes WEEKS if not months to really notice any difference and also it's not your thread so no one knows when you started taking whatever you are talking to try to help whatever your problem is. LOL

    How about starting YOUR thread?

you need to take joint support and it should kick in after a few days to up to 2-3 weeks.. all depends on how much damage you done or how you aggravated it.
