OK so i just took 3/4 of a pot of coffee (concentrated 4x by boiling), mixed it with a serving of Cookies n Cream Muscle Milk light, 3 oz of half & half, 4 Splenda pcakets and a half a blender of ice and VOILA ! I had a DELICIOUS "Frapuccino" as they call it @ starbucks.. I am out of my mind right now and about to lift legs...WOO HOO!!!!
