    yea, all and all though, i'd rather go fat free

    need macros to tell for certain, but for bulking you could get away with it, personally i would go with fat free and use fish oil for my fat or mix it with some natty peanut butter

    liek phate said, you could utilize a better EFA for sure to get your cals up.. but for bulkin you shuld be fine

    Personally I use 4% but I also use a different diet approach than what is typically recommended on here.

    Depends on what the rest of your diet looks like and when you're eating it. Too hard to tell.

    If you're a hardgainer and need more calories I'd say go for it. Otherwise, stick with fat-free and get your fat in other ways, like phate said. Same idea goes for milk and other dairy items.
