i dunno i just wanna keep doin deads but mondays it kills me for the next 2 days
so yeah im confused
Personally, I reserve deads for back. I usually do in the Middle of back routine so as not to get discouraged to go heavy.
I have heard of people doing deads on leg day tho
well i need help with it some how. i only train 3 days a week and i do jiu-jitsu mon-thurs
can i do just lowerback i leg day?
You can train for what Best suites you. You have to find your Niche

I do a rotation so one week i do Bars for Chest and shoulder the week i dont deadlift and squat then when i don DL or squat i use barbells for Chest Shoulders.

My gear stash, dirty and clean needles got banished to the basement. Fear of gf stumbling upon them.
Looks like a badass cycle Master! The only thing I might change is drawing out the suspension for more than 1 week at the end, you have a decent wait to pct, and with all that long ester hanging around from the sust I would levels will still be elevated enough....
Oh, and were you aware that's a shitload of gear?
