but then again I did get called out on friday for steroid use so idk about weight...I want to cut to sub 240 now and maybe even lower before starting my next cycle.
gonna do lots of cardio, weight lift 1-2x per week only
and keep cals and protien in the same range I was gaining on cycle on, so not a super restrictive diet...plenty of food.

still fealing like I could shead quite a bit of fat but overall not looking too shabby
better then the average almost 30 year old dude on the street
