I can tell you right now.... you're not eating enough. 500mg's test E/wk for a 1st cycle and you didn't notice much? That means something was wrong.... whether it's your diet or training. Assuming the test E wasn't bunk ofcoarse.....
As mentioned above..... post your diet in the diet forum and let other critique it for you..... As perfect as you think it might be.... you'll be happy with the results after they tweak it for you.
As for your cycle..... If you want to run test and deca, i would forget the prop and run test E or Cyp. You want to stop the deca atleast 1 week before your test (long esther..... not prop) If you're hell bent on running prop - then try something like this.....
1-13 Test Prop (your dosage)
1-10 Deca (your dosage)
I prefer to run deca longer than 10 weeks..... usually about 12 but thats your choice. Just remember that the test prop is out of your system sooner than the deca so you must continue the test prop eventho you've stopped the deca.
