    Just started my ephedrine, I'll give a body weight and pics tomarrow.... running 200mg of caffeine 12.5mg of ephedrine and 5mg of Yohimbine HCL....

    Sorry for the wait, anyway heres me kinda bloated, but mostly still have alot of fat to lose lol.... weighed in yesterday night at 251lbs....

    You should shave you'll look more cut,
    but good luck on the diet, I remember your old thread from last year, you made some pretty good progress then.
    but my question is why go off the diet I stay on mine all year round.

    Cause I'm a jackass and I love to eat lol, last years diet kind of broke me, look to stay on a decent diet all year this time around...

    Man I feel your pain bro, i'm a jackass myself when it comes to self-destruction. The bad food is so damn good, it's hard sometimes...

    The past few years, i'll get in shape for summer(9-11%bf), and then get flabby over the winter(12-14%bf).

    Haha! especially right after a diet, the fried things and beer, my god the beer lol
