again i think your reading too much into what i have said
1-i have NEVER said you were small
2-I have NEVER said im not impressed by how much you lift.
3-you also say i can beleive what i want, just not sure what you think im meant to be beleiving.
4-iv only said i think your NOT lazy but need a little guidance in your route to what you want.

iv tried my hardest to offer constructive critisism.you have made comments, many times on many threads about your body and how you want it to look.

i CAN see a difference but ask yourself honestly(you dont even need to answer me)...if you put 3 years of hard cardio, weights and clean diet in and no steroids,at your origional size.....honestly deep down,do you think you would look better than you currently do?

i beleive you would and im sure you do too.

you have put all that work in,all the training and money to look slightly thinner and slightly more muscular, and it took 3 yrs.

i really hope you can find that (different) dedication to get to your goals.

good luck and i genuinely mean it.

hes got a point man... i was never as big as you, but regardless i was overweight for most of my life.. it only took a little dedication to get to where i wanted to be. i dropped something like 42-45 pounds in 5 months, people accused me of blowing lines b/c of how fast i was losing weight. (not unhealthy fast) everybody underestimates what a little motivation and dedication can do. i look around me and almost everyone i know is overweight. i never used to notice how bad it was until i dropped all my weight, but now its clear as day. most people are too lazy to try to make themselves happy with the way they look, instead when they see someone else doing it, they blame it on drugs or whatever they can to make themselves beleive that they cant get those results. well it just makes me feel better that when i dedicated myself, everyone thought i was doing more then i actually was doing (ALL it took was diet and cardio, nothing else)...

you have an advantage over me and my situation, when i lost all the weight, i had gained some muscle b/c i just started lifting, but i really was not big by any sense of the word. you though, your already big, i can tell you have a shitload of muscle hiding under there... once you drop the weight you will wake up everyday being the happiest youve ever been. all it takes is a little dedication man, you can get there, its 5/6 months, you have your whole life ahead of you, do you want to live it unhappy with the way you look, or are you gonna finally wake up one day and say fukk it enough is enough

If you haven't then start today and do cardio every day, no exception. It should be the back bone of your goal to fitness. 45 minutes to an hour every day. Also don't say anything about losing muscle, you have plenty of good muscle, it's time to cut weight and get lean to much fat bro.

Drop cals, clean up your diet and do cardio. Man up baby lets go!

People are being tough on him because he has been posting threads just like this one for years with slight improvements.

We are pulling for him, it's just obvious he is not willing to do the work to get lean.

you too can look like ggallin, but im afraid you wont find much info on this site on how to do it.why do you think ggallin is on here looking for advice and motivation?
were not generally a tough crowd,we just try to be honest and not b.s. people.
if someone doesnt want to hear the truth they shouldnt ask..im afraid its that simple.
would you advise a 15 year old boy to take steroids just cus he thinks its a good idea...of course not.
    same principle different subject.

I'd encourage you to not seek validation through others. Be happy with yourself, through yourself. Sure, it's easy to get your feelings hurt as we all want to be loved by any and all. But being bitter, unhappy, angry, etc. is a choice. Choose not to be any of those and continue your journey to your goal.

How about you be proactive towards your goal and you will feel and be better? I don't understand, we all work for everything we want, why isn't the body the same thing? It just depends on how bad you want something. If you can work for 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, through all that bullshit, to afford something you want/need, why can't you just eat the way you should so you can look the way you want/need?

I understand your point. However, just because you're able to control an area or two of your life doesn't make you bulletproof as a person. Having discipline is a committment that you establish which results in a relationship between that certain something and yourself. And you're either in that committment, or you're out. You can't be riding the fence day after day or week after week.

GGallin will get there when he's ready.

Lol no cardio yet just diet. Maybe when diet stalls I will kick the cardio in gear to break the plateu

The synergistic effect of cardio and diet is way better than just diet.

When I cut (and I cut down to about 8%-9%) the cardio is always easy until the last 3-4 weeks (where I need a lot more and more intensity to get lower). The picture in my avatar was me at about 10% back in 2006, and I did it all through just walking.

You got an iPod or portable music device? Yeah, of course you do. When you wake up, have a cup of black coffee, throw that shit on, and go for a walk. Seriously, a 40 minute walk around your neighborhood with some good music. Is that so hard? No, shit, you'll probably enjoy it enough to do another one later in the day.

Just stop kidding yourself that you can't do things. I would say bodybuilding is pretty damn easy except for contest cutting, it just looks hard on the outside.

I'm not going to say you can't burn fat without doing cardio because i've seen some guys that only weight train and never do cardio and stay lean as hell.

However, in your case I think if you choose not to implement cardio into your weekly routine, you're going to be waiting a LONG time to get where you want to be.

What is the big problem you have with doing a 30 min session post w/o?

He has a point but on the flip note what are your resting periods between sets and all that?
I ask because I have read many different boards and article pertaining to less dedicated cardio. In turn using less rest between sets to keep your heart rate elevated thus using your weight training as a double duty.
I look at your Current pics and see no signs of skin sags so if I were in your shoes I would do like the rest say and included cardio a few times a weeks.
Either way you are dropping the body fat and look to be retaining the muscle so best of luck in your journey

Yeah I keep slowly losing which is prob better in the long run. As long as I am moving in the right direction I am happy. At least I have found a way to lose weight even if its not as quick as I would like. I do see cardio in the near future. The Tren is keeping my weight up a little but I am retaining my mass I can tell.

Definately progress there, keep at it and you'll be where you want to be soon enough.

Hey man, great progress. You know, in those first pictures you posted, you looked like some douche bag, wanna-be-hard metal head. Now you look like a funny chill thick dude (sorry that sounds pretty homo). See what a couple BF% lost, a hair cut and a smile can do? Haha, good work bud, keep it up.
