Ok ya'll, this weekend went well. I made up for the days I misse last week and did legs, chest, and arms this weekend. I'm starting to get some killer pumps, endurance is through the roof. Some acne starting to show up on my bacl already(I'm very prone to this).

As of today I did 200mg of test and 200mg eq in my left delt. All I can say is "OUCH". Just pushing the pin in hurt like hell, the actual inj. didn't feel a thing. Well weight is steady at 235, I have dropped another notch on my weight belt though. Strength is slightly increasing(it has been though even before start of cycle). Oh yeah my delt inj. was with a 23 gauge 1" pin. I have back tonight so we'll see how it goes. I'm gonna try and borrow(speling) a digital camera from someone here at work so I might have some pics up by the end of the week.

Hey BigT..try using 25g for your delts....they make a big difference...I used 25g 5/8" for delt, bi's, tri's, and calves! Good luck and get those pics up.

Ok Tuesday morning, feeling pretty good so far this week. All lifts so far are up about 15-20 lbs. My weights up to 237 from 234. Bf% is still dropping. I've gotten some acne on my shoulders, but I think it's in part from working outside this weekend in the yard, doing some landscaping. Temper is getting a bit more aggressive, but I do expect this and I try and stay more relaxed and try not to get myself in situations where it becomes problem. When I am cycling I become more self aware of my attitude and actually behave more mellow than when I'm not on. Eq hunger hasn't kicked in yet. I am prepared if it gets to bad with hunger suppresants if needed.

BigT, around week 5 is when the hunger kicked in for me. I'd eat 12oz of chicken and 2 cups of rice....then not 5 minutes later man...my stomach would be growling again. I've decided that I can't run EQ on a cutting cycle as I'd be WAY too hungry to dial in my diet...let me know how those appetite suppressants work on the EQ hunger though. Keep plugging..and get those damn pics up

I'm trying bro...I'm trying. I think a lady here at work is gonna let me borrow her camera. I feel like a kid again, bouncing off the walls everyday itching to get in the gym. Trust me guys....I won't be waiting 9 months before I cycle again, that's for sure. Shoulder is still a little sore from yesterday's injection. I'll be ordering my fina soon so that gives me something else to look forward to. I'll keep ya'll updated.

Damn folks....it's only week 2 day 2 and the EQ hunger has kicked in. The bad news is that I'm not prepared, I'm stuck at work with no food left to last me until 4pm. I've eaten 4 times already today....I'm glad I have the appetite suppresants. I'm gonna see if I can bare it for a day or two before I try those though. Yes I do want to add some size but I'm trying to keep my bf level down.

BigTexan...just double the amount of chicken at each meal...(or your primary protein source) and just increase your carbs alot slower until you find that you're making lean gains and not too much fat is being accumulated. Remember, to fully utilize your cycle's potential..you are going to have to EAT!!!

That's the plan brother....as we speak I have the wifey at the store picking up 4 more 5lb bags of chicken breast! Along with another jug of oats and more (yuck) tuna. I plan on increasing my protein intake right away and each week increasing my daily carb intake by 100 grams or so. We'll see how it goes, I've been playing with the numbers so it should workout....the appetite suppresants are there just incase it gets extremely bad.

I've said it before and I'll say it again....I cannot stand tuna!!!! Well nothing new to report. Actually there is, I guess my scale at the house isn't accurate cause at the gym I only weighed 235 and at home I weigh 237, so I'll be sticking with the scale at the gym from here on out. Also I've gone down another notch on my weight belt. So bf is still dropping from going low carbs. I have increased carbs just a bit today and increased protein. Last night I had back and man was I beginning to get some crazy pumps. My lats and biceps felt like they were going to explode!! Endurance is now through the roof, no sides are visible yet. The acne I had on m,y shoulders has cleared up. I'm beginning to feel that I should have waited to do this cycle until after the baby's a bit older. I barely got 5 1/2-6 hours of sleep last night and I'm fighting to keep from smacking the key board with my face. I'll be hitting a nap up as soon as I get off work today. Anyone want to borrow a 7 week old boy for a couple of months? Not to keep now, just a loaner. Other than the lack of sleep everything is looking good and my next inj is Thursday. I have shoulders tonight and am really looking forward to it.

LOL sorry I don't need a kid right now. The new diet looks pretty good. How much protein is there, seems like a lot I hope the EQ will convert all that.

Well I only added 4 more egg whites and 2 chicken breats to my diet, and just uped my carbs a little. It should be ok, I'm gonna leave it like that for a week or two and see how it works.

Well, had shoulders last night and strength is increasing as so is aggresion. Like usual when I'm on gear, it seems that little things that I can normally blow off are REALLY getting to me. This morning I did my 4th shot of 200mg test, 200mg eq in my right delt. This one was painless and seemed easier than when I shot into my left delt. I must say that my quads are now my favorite place to inject though. reason being it's very easy, and you don't have to contort your body into some weird shape to reach it. So week 2 has been going great so far, except I am out of protein. I ordered last Thursday from allsportsnutrition and fedex has screwed things up. According to the tracking number it was shipped out Friday fro mTyler, went to Houston, then to Austin where it's been sitting since Saturday. I've tried calling and these peckerheads at FedEx are giving me the run around. Hell Austin's only a 40 minute drive so if this keeps up I may have to make a little drive to place my foot up someones a$$. Ok sorry guys, this is just pissing me off. I've started to increase my calories this week and will raise them again next week. Last night went well at the gym, I was fired up when I got 290 up on the smith machine for 6 solid reps on shoulder press. A quick question for those who've ran eq before, have ya'll experienced any joint pain while on it? Cause as of sunday and monday my elbows are starting to hurt a little. I know winstrol can dry your joints out but can EQ? I have ran out of my glucosomine/chondroiton so that may be it. Hunger doesn't seem to be too bad, ery managable now that I'm prepared for it. The other day being stuck at work with no food was killing me. Well I'll post when I've got something new to tell ya.

Well I took a well deserved break last night and just went to bed early. I could feel that my body needed a good rest. I haven't weighed myself today and doubt there would be much if any change so....I have legs tonight and figured I'll do some bi's as well. Right delt kinda sore from my injection yesterday but all's well. I thinking of injectng into my calves next week but haven't decided yet. Feeling a bit more energetic since I upped my carbs some. I've really gotten excited with how visible my abs are getting. Only problem I have is the lower abs....I had lost alot of fat in the past year or two and have some loose skin that seems to hide my lower abs. I guess I'll just have to put on hella muscle to stretch that shyte out some! Well just gonna keep this one short and for all of you who want photos, please don't think I'm avoiding posting them cause I'm not. I will this weekend take some regular pics and see if I can find someone to scan them and post 'em. As I've stated before, we just bought a computer for the house and don't have the internet just yet. So just be patient and hopefully next week I'll have them up.

Good to see you're listening to your body. As soon as I get around to posting my workout, I hope you'll be able to tell that it's very dynamic in the sense that rest days are not "exactly" built in, but rather are taken at times where biofeedback dictates, depending on the goal of that workout. My big (training) fear while on is that the pumps and rapid strength gains that I hope to occur might override that desire to take a day off when I need it. I'll have to keep myself in check.

How are the joints holding up given the nice strength gains without the "deca lube"...i know one of your earlier posts hinted at some joint pain or dryness, but do you think it's a result of some quick strength jumps (and the muscle outpacing the joints and tendons) or attributable to Eq in general?

Yeah, I'm thinking it has to do with the increase in strength. This is my first time with EQ and I've heard that winnie can dry you out and wasn't sure if EQ does the same thing or not. My elbows are starting to feel a bit better. I've always experienced shoulder and knee pains from prior injuries. The doc's just say that I'm aggrevating scar tissue. It is hard to listen when you feel tired because while on I feel like I need to go no matter what. Just stay focused and it shouldn't be a problem.

Damn almost forgot..... Well did my 5th shot this morning, I went 200mg test, 200mg eq in my right quad again. I was going to do it in my calve but chickened out. Well all's going good, put on a couple more pounds. Bf looks as if it's still droppin. Since I uped my carbs a bit my energy level has increased. Also for the past 4 days I've been getting bad headaches that won't go away. Someone told me it might be from the EQ...anyone have any ideas? Strength is good I'll find out tonight if it's increased anymore. EQ hunger has really set it. I feel like I have a constant case of the munchies. I have photos now but am trying to figure a way to load them onto my computer at work (I have no scanner). So I'm on week 3 now and feel good besides these damn headaches. I'm really looking forward for it all to kick in! Just a matter of 4 more weeks and I'll add fina to the mix. This may sound stupid but I like the feeling of sticking myself with the pins for some reason. It kinda "makes my day". Well I'll have more to tell ya tomorrow after I hit the gym tonight. I'm looking forward to some heavy ass deads tonight!

Hey guys...if it sounds like I'm not being detailed enough or being to vague about any aspect of this cycle please feel free to ask or let me know what you'd like to know. I'm just trying to post as much as I can think of in here while at work and can get in a bit of a hurry sometimes.

Well things are going great. I had a killer back workout last night, I'm back doing 500 again for my last 2 sets on deads (I had a pulling feeling in my lower back so haven't been lifting that heavy on deads for a few weeks) and feel good today. My leg is killing me where I injected yesterday. I was using a 23 gauge 1" pin and had it in and was asspirating(spelling) when I had sneezed and somewhat jerked the needle around. It feels like someone shot me. I'm limping around on it today. Other than that not much new to report except I find myself drawn to Screenz avatar............anways, week 3, day 2 is on track. I may increase calories some more this week. As of last night I haven't noticed any more weight gain, I've leveled off at 237 but I have gone down 3 notches on my weight belt and 2 notches on my dress belt. It feels good to be leaning out like this. I still have some loose skin around my lower abs I'm hoping to get rid of, but other than that it's going as planned. Protein finally came in. I ordered it on the 3rd, was shipped out on the 4th and FedEx screwed it all up and shipped it everywhere but to me. Over a full week later it's finally arrived at my house. It took every bit of self control to keep from killing the driver. I have shoulders tonight and with my elbows no longer hurting I'm looking forward to it. Headaches are still occuring, actually as I'm typing this one is creeping up on me. Tylenol has become a good friend. I may go to my doc and find out what's causing them. She knows about my AS use and keep it hush hush from my insurance, so I feel like I lucked out there.

I'm sorry if you covered it elsewhere and I missed it, but, strategically speaking, how have you altered your training split to account for the aas in your system, if at all? Also, with regards to rapid strength gains, is their any trepidation or caution going into each session? As I look forward, I imagine a great difficulty is keeping yourself in check in that regard, not only to avoid injury while on, but to keep yourself from being so bruised and battered by cycle's end that post-cycle recovery suffers. But again, if you see a 10% jump on your leg press in a couple of weeks, I imagine it is tempting as all hell to test that line each and every time in the gym.

The only thing different I'm doing in my lifting is a less of a rest in between sets. Also when it comes to determining how heavy to go I just play it by ear, if I feel good and nothings hurting I'll go a little heavier than usual. Also with how quickly I notice gains, it's weird because my body responds rather quickly and rather well to AS. Now I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the fact that I'll go 6-8 months between cycles or not.

Well last night I had shoulders and the pumps are getting unreal. I'm tossing up the 110's on bumbell military press hella easy compared to my struggling attempts at 4-5 reps, now getting it for 8. I have legs tonight but am feling sluggish today, I was up half the night with the baby so will decide, after I take a nap today, if I want to skip today and make it up on Saturday. Well I've been bouncing from 235-237 and last night was up to 238 1/2. I'm going to increase calories by aniother 500 in the next few days and see how that goes. How does hitting tris the day after chest work out for you? I find that if my chest is still "jonesing" (sorry, really wanted to use that word today) i can't perfom close-grip bench presses or weighted dips as well as I'd like since the sore chest kind of takes something out of each movement. Also, you do a hella lot of shoulders...which I'm not going to critique, since if you're throwing 110's around for 8, you've got me by a couple of spots on the dumbbell rack.

Big Green- well doing tri's the day after chest doesn't seem to bother me. I'll stick to 3 exercises and actually have large triceps (at least that's what people tell me) and good definition, I've tried doing them in other days but this way seems to work best for me. Also doing them the day after chest I get a really quick pump going and it seems to last. As for doing alot for shoulders, I've tried backing off but lost a large amount of strength and so resumed this type of workout. Back and shoulders seem to be my strong point, although if you have any recommendations please by all means let me have 'em. I'm always willing to try something different. It's funny cause people tell me that I don't look as strong as I am. I guess being tall with long joints (long arms and legs) you don't look as big as you really are.

You're preaching to the choir here...not sure if you have me beat...but I'm 6'3" with size 15 feet, so my body was naturally fairly lanky until i subjected it to the weight room.

As far as shoulder training goes, it's one of the big mysteries to me. I will tell you that some of my best gains came when I abandoned shoulder presses of ALL varieties as well as any type of front raise (basically, i took out the anterior head altogether) and stuck to side lateral raises and rear delt work. I was told that my approach to training (LOTS of compound movements, pressing whenever possible, fairly heavy most of the time) hit my front delt head pretty hard day in and day out. So, when I stopped hitting it directly, it finally got to catch up and recuperate, and on shoulder days, I was able to put a lot more energy into the side and rear heads...so the shoulder complex as a whole really took off. While it worked for a bit, I don't know that it would work for everyone, and it actually stopped working for me fairly quickly....but while it worked they made incredible progress. LIke I said, finding that delicate balance with shoulders is quite difficult for me, as they are incorporated into so many other movements both directly and indirectly and that middle ground seems to elude me.

OK today was my 6th shot. 200mg of test and 200mg of eq in my left quad.....painless. I made sure to grab the right size pin this time.

I had legs last night but wasn't planning on going. I was tired after work and took a nap. I still felt like crap but after sitting around the house mopeing for a few hours my wife kicked me out and told me not to come back until I had workedout. So away I went and am thankfull cause I had one hell of a good workout. My back felt good and was able to get 485 up for my last set for 6 reps. My squat went like this.....
    135 for 15 reps 1st warm-up set
    225 for 15 reps 2nd warm-up set
    315 for 10 resp 3rd warm-up set
    365 for 8 reps
    405 for 8 reps
    455 for 6
    485 for 6
I was going to toss on 500 but didn't want to press my luck. I figure I'll try it on my next squat day. Also I've made a slight change in diet thanks to Swolecat and a few others. So thisis what it looks like now.

So far it's all on the up and up. I have chest tonight and have off tomorrow so I won't be posting again until Monday. We should be getting the internet at home soon so I will be able to spend some more time on here. Oh so far no luck on finding a way to post the pics I have, I don't have a scanner at work so......for all those who wish to see photos, PM me your address and I'll mail them off at the post office tomorrow. (Just kidding guys!) I'm trying to get some posted, please be patient and don't think I'm just ducking ya'll on it.

Including all meals and dextrose and not the veggies it comes out to roughly 135 grams of carbs. I will be upping them slowy, cause I've discovered thanks to Painintheazz and SwoleCat, that my body responds good with low carbs. I used to eat close to 400 grams a day of carbs and could never drop any body fat. I probably won't go over 200-250 grams but we'll see how it goes.

Ok...it's the beginning of week 4 and I just did another shot in my right delt. 200mg of test enan. and 200mg of eq. Things are going great and I was happy with my chest workout. Lately I've been lucky to get 315 up for 2 or 3 reps. Well I got it 315 up with no help for a clean 6 Friday. I'm up another 2 lbs and with a combo of th elow carbbing and I believe the EQ I can't believe the vascularity I have gotten. Veins popping out of my shoulders and even in my quads! My arms look like a feaken spider web. I haven't seen any acne problems yet except for a slight breakout on my back that cleared up. The EQ hunger is defintely here. I keep finding myself standing in front of the fridge looking for food. I swear my grocery bill is going to break me. If you ever want to see how limited clean food is, try a low carb diet......chicken, fish, eggs, cheese, or protein shake...just to name a few...not much to choose from. I'm upping my carbs another 50 grams a day. I was hating my diet, but now that I'm really seeing good solid gains and burning fat at the same time I'm loving it. I do enjoy my once a week carb up day. I try not to go ovrboard and eat just an additional 100 or so grams than usual. I'm really looking forward to adding fina to my regiment soon.

ripsid- yeah I love jerky too but all that sodium makes me look like the good year blimp. Which sucks cause I used to live off the stuff. Oh well, also it was pointed out to me that I didn't post the brand of gear I'm using. Well the test, eq, and possibly the winnie (haven't gotten it yet) is Research Technologies. I will use up some left over QV test 250 that I have. So far so good, the RT test 400 doesn't hurt like other T-400's do either.
