    goals gain weight and strength
    tdee whats this stand for?
    my diet is not great, everything is low calories , alot of chicken and rice cause i have allergies. but i eat eough calories to maintain weight right now.

    ok im glad you didnt start a cycle because you can add about 40-50 more lbs naturally. with that being said lets get you started with reading all of these therads that i sent you.. most importantlty the first ones and BMR.. after a little research come back with a proposed diet/BMR, and well further critique
