    Ultrasound scan results....not good

Right shoulder: Normal appearance to biceps tendon. Normal appearance to the subscapularis. There is tendonosis of the supraspinatous. Normal appearance to infraspinatous. Degenerative change in the acromioclavicular joint.

Left shoulder: Normal appearance to biceps tendon. Normal appearance to the subscapularis. There is tendonosis of the supraspinatous. There is a small delaminated tear of the bursal surface of the supraspinatous. Normal appearance to infraspinatous. Degenerative change in the acromioclavicular joint.

After having problems for 3 years and not being able to train for nearly 2 of then a ultrasound scan found these results. The doctor that done the scan recommended that i should never train again and that the pain and problem will get worse and the only thing i can do is have cortizone injections.

I seen a orthopedoc surgeon 3 months ago and he said that there was nothing wrong with my shoulder's just a little inflammation but he only diagnosed that by using his hands. He was suppose to of seen me last month but he is 2 months behind on the waiting lists so i will have to wait 5 months so next month i will see him.

He aslo plans to just give me cortizone injection's but now that he will have the results hopefully he will do something else.

Its a tough situation. Lifting is my vacation from the daily drag I love it. I would probably lift till I really gave out and had to stop. Not a good Idea guess you could take up a safe sport.

Same as me i really love lifting it helps me in so many different ways and most other sports that i like require litting. I am only 20 aswell.

There must be other options about thr problem's i have with my shoulder's. Hopefully some other guy's will write in on here aswell.

Iv'e read through the tendonitits vs tendonosis sticky and the strange thing is, is that i am showing symptoms of them both and the doctor that done the scan said that there is inflammation on the tendons although the report say's tendonosis and he told me that they are both the same thing which i had always thought they were different.

Do you think any kind of supplement's would be helpful in any way. Iv'e tried all different kins of nsaid's from the doctor but they did not help. I heard that cissus is a good one to try that may help.

Give cissus a try, I am taking Primaforce cissus right now (USP Labs also makes cissus) and having good results. My right shoulder has been bothering me here lately (past 2 months, especially hurts after chest day) so I decided to give cissus a try. I have only been taking it for 1 week now but my shoulder has gotten better already. It's worth a try! I still ice my shoulder after all upper body workouts as well. Hope this helps bro!

I just started taking MSN in powder form so it's a LOT more concentrated than pills like Glucosimine with MSN. My HRT doc said it should/would help with the joint pain but I will try the Cissus also, maybe a good match.

Was this a result of your training? Or genetic??
