In between those 5 years I wasn't taking any creatine, just started to lift heavy prior to my second seizure and was going on to a heavy creatine cycle. I've had a lot of EEG's done and each one of them came back normal.

The only common thing when those seizures occurred was the creatine I was taking. I am off the Dilantin for more than 2 years and haven't had any problems so far, not even partial seizures. Maybe I am allergic to something in the creatine, I don't know.
Definately a subject that would need more testing and studying. If Creatine was the culprit it would suck major ass. The stuff works wonders for me. But if that were really the case id definately stop taking it even if i didnt feel any side effects. Thanks for the replies everyone once again.

Creatine is one of the most studied supplements ever! There are literally thousands of creatine related studies to date. 350+ on creatine monohydrate supplementation and athletics alone.

By no means stop taking creatine, it did wonders for me too while I was on it, (damn I miss those waterfull huge arms) and I even recommend it to people who ask me for supplements. As it has been said, millions of people use it every day and nothing happens to them, I think I am just the unlucky one to be affected in a negative way by creatine (and maybe the subject of the article). The chances for you to get a seizure from creatine are slim to none specially if you have a history of taking it before.
