    Carbs.

    How long should i wait after my 2IU's hgh injection to eat any carbs ???

    I usually wait 30mins to a hour before I have any carbs.

    I find that an HGH injection really messes with my glucose levels for hours after the injection. I have no doubt that in my case long term use of higher dosages could lead to me developing diabetes. What I would really recommend is waiting as long as you can to take in carbs (at least 1 hour) and then take some alpha lipolic acid before your carb meal.
