Ok so your saying I should discontinue and take the natural route even if I want to compete? If thats what I have to do then thats what I will do.
How can you tell I got shutdown even with the blood tests being accurate? I have ran 2 cycles in the past and havent had proper pct, which I learned is necessary. The last cycle with eq and sust have effected my sex drive. I dont know what it can be, but it has been a while. I went to an eurologist and doctor and they both said im in excellent health. I also have people telling me I am ok to start a next cycle and I should make sure to use proper pct. I really appreciate your advice and any help you can give me
I eat 6-7 meals a day 250-300 grams of protein a day, 150-200 grams of clean carbs a day. I weigh 182 lbs at 5'8 at 9% bodyfat and train 4-5 days a week intensively.
those are good stats, good hard work. although i would shoot for a goal of another 10-20 pounds naturally then hop on.. can take a couple years. youd be a beast at 5'8 200lbs then hop on gear. i would post up your diet on the diet forum just to double check thats its all in order, our input helps alot from novice to advanced..

those 2 links are the basis of what you need right now, come back with goals, proposed diet with macros (pro, carbs,fat) of all foods, meals, day along with calories. then post up your BMR and your CURRENT diet and that is what we need for a proper critiqe. GL

Hey what do you guys think If I run some nolvadex so I can bring up some natural test. It is a little bit lower than it should be and I dont want erection problems.
