well im 28 and i play football for almost 20 yrs since i was eight i been out for about a year so i been in da weightroom never on a cycle though

i eat about two to three meals a day work out twice a week around work.
used to be pro not anymore unfortionatly
no testing issues i wanna get down to at least 300 and build my strength and get more definition

Well firstly, i gotta tell you, no one is going to advise a cycle for someone over 15% BF for fear of some serious ERSEs.
I suggest you make a trip to the diet section.

You can cycle once you drop your bf% to around 12-15% bro!
The higher your bodyfat, the more prone you are to estrogen related side effects and your blood pressure is also a concern!

For someone who was pro Im surprised you dont know more about diet and exercise. You should be working out 5x a week and eating 6+ meals a day. With your size LOTs of cardio also. Get that body fat down and dont look for short cuts, the only short cut is healthy food and exercise/cardio.
Keep you stuff in a drawer until needed like in 1yr of good workout and diet. Dont expect things to happen overnight.
