Deca makes me bloat.

I gain well on EQ 500-600wk but I always top out around 215lbs and I look bloated.

Im trimming up a little now and probably about 200...

My strength keeps going up but I always settle in around 205 all said n done.
Diet on and off cycle is about 3000-3500 depending if Im trying to gain or lean up a little. 250g protein daily.

Every cycle I end around the same weight after I settle in again 200-205ish, althought I consistanly am stronger and maintain it...

Thinking of giving Anadrol a try next time or some GH...

My buddy swears by just 1g a week of test and hes 250 same height...

any thoughts?

my thought is that your diet is off, in fact i know it is because unless you have fake gear or really really bad training knowledge it's the only thing that could cause you to not gain

how bout posting a day of diet for us for critique, amounts as well, be specific
