That was my last meal I just choked down. I'll wait just a little bit, pound my casein shake and hit the hay.

My gains seem to have stalled. I don't know how this is possible with the nice caloric surplus, ample rest, good split, and assload of (undoubtedly real) anabolics. Perhaps it's natural(ish) to even hit minor plateaus while on, though this would be my first. I'll just keep working hard and hope for a little bump here soon.

I was real hyper as a kid. So I was up before all the other kids and out later than all the other kids. So I would hang out with myself until people came around.
Just started having meetings to plan my day.
