i dont know doctors over here in india mumbai are jerks they wont give anyone sleeping pills , steroid and other hard drugs until and unless they know u or a very long time or u go to them from a well know source

first off you need to realize you posted this in the lounge section of a steroid forum. Maybe you are the one who should try another forum. People come in here to joke around and have fun. There's always threads like yours where people post them just joking around. I would bet most people that posted in this thread thought you were joking. Most people don't get nervous playing video games. I understand that there is a large sum of money at stake and all but to us it's just a game.

Secondly I would just google "inderal dosages" and see what you get. Nobody knows the extent of your phobia but you so a little research should give you the answers you need.
