Greetings to all my MASTER class bros! Just pinned myself for week 5 of my current cycle. Things going good so far. Eating like a horse, but its all good stuff(dam I hate tuna) and Im faithful to my cardio everyday.

My ? is, do you think at my age (47) it would be ok to train muscle groups twice a week? I know the muscle are rebuilding faster, but what about these ole ligaments and tendons.
I have so much energy now that after Ive completed my workout and cardio, I want to go grap up the weights and go again!
