Test E/ arimidex

so i started my cycle last night of test e only and Im going to run arimidex @ .25 eod..... should I start arimidex today or since test e doesnt kick in for about 4 weeks should I start arimidex then? and what time of the day is best to take arimidex?

i would only start running it if you have to as it will lower estrogen and you need estrogen to gain, lower it too much and you will kill your cycle, so use it AS NEEDED ONLY

as far as time of day, when you wake up is fine
