    AS for the work out, since i started the cycle, I have droped the 4 sets of 10 ta 12 reps for a more aggressive 5 x 5 routine. Weight has gone up alot and have a new (and bigger ) workout partner. Please understand it takes me 2 sometime 3 warmup sets on each movement just to get the tendons warmed up. Very carefull to warm up lite, and see how the elbows feel, the start my increase until Im at my target weight. THen I start my routine.

    I have to admit, It feels really good to hear those 6 45lb plates jingle together when were benchin. Seems like you enter a different "level" at most gyms when you start reppin 315. Even the "BIG" boys will knod and grin.

    Great post....just reading your enthusiasm was motivational enough to make one want to run out and move some heavy iron!

    And I know the feeling.....you feel as if you can train a bodypart two, maybe three times a week... I know that I feel that way as well! But I also know that the muscles grow outside of the gym, and as I have gotten older I can feel that the rest period is essential, and the muscles respond in kind when they get that breather. Even when on AAS, recuperation is still very important.

    In any case, well done!!
