AS for the work out, since i started the cycle, I have droped the 4 sets of 10 ta 12 reps for a more aggressive 5 x 5 routine. Weight has gone up alot and have a new (and bigger ) workout partner. Please understand it takes me 2 sometime 3 warmup sets on each movement just to get the tendons warmed up. Very carefull to warm up lite, and see how the elbows feel, the start my increase until Im at my target weight. THen I start my routine.
I have to admit, It feels really good to hear those 6 45lb plates jingle together when were benchin. Seems like you enter a different "level" at most gyms when you start reppin 315. Even the "BIG" boys will knod and grin.
