    Incline bench press
    Flat bench dumbbell
    Decline press
    Cable cross over
    Dips until nothing left

Now I'm closer to exposing all striations and detail.

    Incline smith machine presses
    Hammer strength bench press
    Cable cross overs
    Decline bench
    Dips until nothing left.

I don't believe in keto diets. The brain and other vital organs need carbohydrates to function properly.Throughout the past 17 weeks I've been doing this contest prep there wasn't a single day I went under 50g carbohydrates.Your body is very resileint, smart it will adapt to anything you throw at it.Dieting to get lean and to put on size requires more then work in the gym,it demands education on what works for the individual by trial and error. What I believe is there is nothing more cost effective then whole food nutrition.I didn't spend A single dime on supplements any BS product that touts fat loss or size gain or amino replenishment even whey protein. If it didn't grow from the ground unprocessed or wasn't a wild animal I just didn't put it in my body.I've noticed you have a good foundation to compete. If your really interested in a solid whole food nutrition plan for getting lean to bring out your full potential to compete I would really like to help you. but only if you'd be willing to shut your brain off and just trust me.And not fall into the analysis paralysis so often provided by all the opinions of people who only read about how the body works rather then know how the body works cause they put there time in AND CAN PROVE IT.

To answer your question yes you will drastically lose size buy doing that.Your raising your calorie expenditure and taking in less fuel to feed your body. And you didn't mention what type of cardio low intensity?high intensity? Two very big factors when speaking in terms of calorie intake verses expenditure. Some people raise there protein by 30% of there calories from protein to counter act muscle loss when going no carbs but again I don't feel the need to go keto.PM me and I'll write you up a plan but your results will only be represented by your level of "DEDICATION"
