I am on a test e and deca cycle. i noticed a bit of soreness in my right nipple. i am not certain if a lump has formed if so it is really small. I have all PCT on hand. do I use the nolva? if so how much and long?

start with 20mgs a day till it stops.

take 2 fingers, push in, move them around in a circular motion.
as stated, crack out 20mg of nolva a day...i'm battling a lump right now

How far into the cycle are you? My first cycle I had a little itchiness but nothing happenned luckily. Hope everything works out for you.

the only thing that ive noticed is that they are sinsative but dont have lunp an the tip of nipple has gotten alittle bit biger than normal need some body to help me throught it
