I raced on and off for 10 years. Still do.
First basically ignor most of what you have read. Here is why:
In the real world of racing your arms and your legs are going to get a pump (off or on cycle)
Let me say how bad I felt in 2005 at a race. The pumps were so bad I dropped mid race. I was on Test/Tren combo.
Personally all most all the AAS out there are a no no NO NO when racing.
One of my boys fights MMA, and has done so since 2001. The same way a fighter will die out in the ring the cyclist will also. Major factor is the intense pumps of while you are "trying" to do your thing.
EPO will raise blood volume your pulse rate will drop it will help you cut the race down.
Only other thing that I can suggest will be 20mg of Halo ED. The mental edge is kept and the pumps are not going to be there (although this is personal experiance other do get pumps off halo)
DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT take 100s of mgs of test or tren ot drol NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO... you will end the race on your ass and pissed of at the board.
