    21 5'10" 190 7%bf 4 cycles have always used sustanon 250 really thinking about going with a single ester but i have had great gains with sust

    Really?? 4 cycles and you are ONLY 190?? something is wrong bud, you should be able to get to 200 without steroids at your height

    you may want to stop wasting steroids until you can get your diet corrected for the growth you want

    we got some great guru's in the diet section that can help put together a killer bulking diet for you.

    Thats where I would begin. DIET is 89 % of this game
