obtained HCG, but in two parts apparently

So I recently picked up some HCG, but was not prepared to have two compounds rather than one. I've read the HCG profile but questions yet go unanswered. I have a little vial of powder, and a vial full of liquid. Am I supposed to combine the two or something? If so, what is the ratio and dose that I should be using?

Most throw the little vial of water away. Generally people get a empty sterile and bacteria static water and mix a small portion of the hcg and water in the vial containing the hcg. Then is is put into the sterile empty vial and whatever concentration per ML you want you mix in the appropriate amount of Bac Static water. Better yet just go to you-tube and type in hcg reconstitution and you will see lots of videos to help.
