i havent done any juice. My hair is thining. i was wondering whats the best combination of products to take to make hair thicker and frontal growth. Right now am only taking nizoral 1%

Frontal hairloss is the worse. You can slow down or even stop it but regrowth is almost impossible there.

Finasteride - 1mg ed
Minoxidil - 5% to start then you can increase concentration
Nizoral 2% - 3x per week
