Got a legal question

So a buddy of mine wanted some gear. So I talked about it with him, got a cycle together, got his money and sent it off. Well his psycho ass girl friend found out cause he cant cover some rent or some shit. So he had to tell her where the money went and now he wants his money back asap..lol like he can just change his mind mid order. He probably told her because he tells her everything and she runs his life like a school boy bitch. So my question is this, say she goes to the cops for some reason, cause with her you really never know. Can anything come of it since he never recieved the product and just wants his money back? And if she does wouldn't that mess him up as well? I dont think she would but just seeing what you guys think. We live in seperate towns about 2hrs apart in the states so any advice or legal knowledge would help!!!

I would say for one you can't expect the money back at all once ordered gunna have to deal with it.
I would think this is a hard call.
Yes its illegal to try to purchase.
But who can prove he tried to purchase theres no evidence really.
Also its pretty stupid to use your rent money to buy gear.

Thats what I'm sayin...I know for a fact I'm not gonna ask my guy for a small order back. I could try to sell it for him once it comes but even at that it wont sell in 48hrs or some shit. And there is no proof just word of mouth right now.

Maybe give him back some money once I can sell it? That would both keep them happy and shut him up enough to drop it I feel then cut his gay ass outta my life for sure. Reason I ask is I told him to call me when he is at work and not around her so...that'll be early in the A.M. tomorrow.

I could give a **** less if I ever talk to him again. My only worry is if I dont pay him back would that incline his girl to go spycho and call the cops ect. Or maybe it wouldn't matter cause she has no proof but just what she says from her mouth.

Why would he tell her the truth. I mean he could have come up with something better like I put a down payment on a trip for us or something like that. I guess you could try looking for someone now to sell the gear to so when it arrives you can sell it right away. But I do have one question. If you could care less if you talk to him again or not then how good of a friend could he be? I mean why hook someone up with gear who is not your real bro? Just my opinion though.

Even if your friend becomes a snitch and sides with his gf and they go to the cops and say you were going to order steroids for them there is no proof.

You can say you were buying him muscle products online from a legal website that mimic the results of steroids or you can say you were buying him a purple vibrator, it doesn't really matter because neither of them have anything to show that a deal/contract was made to receive X product, thus it wont stand in court.

Only thing his girl can do is sue you, which I doubt she will for several hundred dollars.

legally i dont think u need to really worry. even if she went to the cops they most likely wouldnt follow up on something so small. they also know the chance of finding u guilty is 0. you could get off just using a court appointed attorney. u really need to tell ur friend to get his chick in check. honestly this is bad enough to where if it continues i would beat his ass. he is crossing way to many lines.

And I might try to sell his shit more so to shut them up and cut them off. Would love to just keep it but I see that causing a bigger problem, which would result in the ass whoopin of his life by me which would make his bitch lil girl run to the cops for sure. But I think the safe route is to sell the gear and get him back some dough then kick him in the nuts on his way out of my life.
