    my joints are fine at 100mg of winny ed, probably the supps like Vitamin C and fish oil, crazy no issues what so ever AND i'm doing legs twice a week

    Handling some crap...my few clients have dumped me beacuse "in summer they have no time to workout anyway" fvckers...so now i have to build a new client base from scratch, i'm working as fast as i can to desig some passable buisness cards, leaflets, and website. and i Fvucking HATE design programs. Pecils rule! and my poor old bird has died.

    I'm getting there, I've got the dishwasher going, already vacuumed and swept the floors, I've got laundry going, it's the homework assignments that I really don't want to do, I have 2 exams that I need to take today the rest of it is just me trying to get ahead of the game so I don't have anything to do during my vacation.

    I can't believe I used to pay $300/month for a trainer and that was with a 50% discount plus about $200 in suppliments and what not, of course that was when I had a job, now I realize why he was so sad when I decided to quit my job and focus on school.

    if he went to your gym for each session that is a very very honest price.
