This is my first post on the forum. I actually just joined 5 minutes ago. Anyways I have been researching cycles and supplements for the ppast 6 months and decided to join this site because it seemed to give me the most information when I was reading up on everything. I am about 5' 10" and about 180 as well at about 10-11% body fat. I have been training and lifting for 8 years now, variety of strength, speed, agility, mma, ju jitsu, swimming, mountain biking, resistance training, brute strength training (tire lifts), and flexibility training. I have been serious about AS since last summer, and spent the time researching stuff as far as what to take, what to not take, effects of stacking, as well as best supplements to take, best pct, how much it costs, how long to run a cycle, how long to recover from it, how to keep it, how to eat, sleep, and train right. Basically i have touched up on a bit of everything but in no way am I knowledgable in the subject, at least not as much as I should be in regards to starting a 10 week cycle and I am looking to put on 20-25 lbs of staying strong muscle (who isnt?). Anyways for a beginner cycle I was thinking this:

Weeks 1-10
Sustanon 250 - 1 10ml vial @ 250mg/ml, 250 mg per week (each time with the EQ)
EQ 200 - 1 10 ml vials @ 200 mg/ml, 200 mg per week (each time with the sustanon)
HCG - 500 iu's per week injected day after the EQ/Sust injection
Weeks 1-3
Dianabol - 20 Mg's every day for first 3 weeks
Weeks 7-10
Winny 50 mgs every day for last 3 weeks
PCT:
Weeks 10-12 -rest lift my ass off and keep up with regular supplements, plus Add ArimiaTest 2 pills a day
Weeks 13-15 - Clomid and Nolvadex in light decreasing doses. Continue with Arima Test and other supplements
Supplements plan on using:
NOX-6 pills on a lifting day,
CE2-4 pills on a lifting day,
AminoBuild-1 pills a day,
Cyto Gainer and Mass Gainer 2 to 3 shakes a day,
Milk Thistle - 1 pills a day,
Saw Palmetto - 1 Pills a Day,
Multi - 1 pill a day,
LiverAid- 1 pill a day,
B-Complex 1 a day,
L-Carnitine - 2 pills lifting days,
Glutamine - 2 pills lifting days,
Vitamin C 1000- 1 a day,
Alpha L Acid - 2 pills a day
Linoelic Acid - 2 pills a day
Fish Oil and Flax Seed Oil - 1 pill od each a day
Red Yest - 1 Pill a day.
Vigorplex - 1 pill a day
VigRX- 2 pills a day
Basically all are recommended dosages (minimum) so I dont have to break the bank anymore.
Eat 4500-5000 Calories a day, 220-240 Grams of Protein a day. Lower Fat, High Preworkout Carbs.
Resting Metabolism checked as of 4/22/2009 ~ 2450 Cal/Dday
I am looking for a lean look, i am still lean at my current stage but hey i wanna take the extra step and get over that 200. I know i have a ridiculous amount of shit posted and i know i look like an idiot so please dont bash me, simply tell me what i do not need and need more of. People have told me more test while others day its not needed with ur first cycle (same with EQ both that and test I have been told I could double but it wouldnt be needed since I have others stacked and its first cycle) I have also been told that My orals should be run at 4 weeks at least not just 3, but once again some have told me that since its my first cycle and i have some stacked that it is okay. I have the hcg bc I have a gf and while she knows i will be cycling I dont want it to affect our sex life extremely that I have peanuts for balls and cant **** her like its my job anymore. I know HCG doesnt keep everything goin great as usual down there, especially at lower doses, but i was told higher doses can do more harm than good on ur cycle and ur junk and also arent needed since its my first cycle.
I know this is a shitload of information and i am sure red flags are everywhere and i look like a fool but my bad, i researched what i could and figured i had somewhat of a good base and now it is time to get the experts opinion hence why i finally joined and posted. Sadly this is all hypothetical since while I do have the money I do not have a source, I was tempted to buy online but after all the research and comparing I denied impulse and I figured I will do it the right way instead of getting burned and learning the hard way. And who knows in due time maybe something will come my way. Regardless please give all input you can and desire. Just please dont be overly critical bc i know this is a ridiculous amount of information and a lot of it is wrong. Thanks,
