My Workout consists of swimming 3 mornings a week for an hour and free weights 5 days a week for an hour.
I recon i take in about 2500 calories per day on my diet this is what i try to eat when on my diet plan.
Morning, Ceareal and Complan this is the info on what i'm getting from complan
Around 11:30 i make up some pasta and tuna dishes for the day. Recipe is 9 handfuls of pasta and 2 tins of tuna which i spread out into 3 portions. I eat one immediately after makign and refridgarate the other 2.
Around 3pm i eat another pasta dish
Around 4:30pm i have another complan
Around 7pm i have my main meal with the rest of the family and varies each day from lazagne to raost dinner to fish and new potatoes teh typical evening meal stuff.
Around 10pm i have my final pasta dish.
This was teh diet which showed me an increase in weight of 17lb over 3 months and i thought i was onto a winner until the gains slowly but surely stopped so i introduced another complan but no change so this was when i gave up on the diet. Eating anymore in a day really drains me and has physical interuption to my work life.
I would love to handle my weight gain with out steroids but i feel i have tried the natural way and stopped gaining. I now have a steady weight of 145lb but no more gains and therefore stopped what i thought was a heavy diet so i could focus back on my work. I am self employed so eating around my working horus is easy but i foudn i was constantly bloated and had no drive to work feelign tierd around 3pm in the afternoon and needing abit of a sleep.
i will checkout the diet forum now but thought i would post this first incase you had other advice
