i am 24, almost 6,2" worked out for some time since 2004, on and off. But for the last 2 years i have been in the gym at least 3 days a week. Just got tired of working my ass out and seeing tiny results. I have tried eating wright and quite a bit and still would make minor progress. I think its genetic in my family my dad could not gain any weight til he was 36, looked like he was 19. Sorry but i dont want to be like that....
